Common Entrance Results 2010

This year's Common Entrance Results were unbelievably good. All candidates passed into their first choice schools which is the 11th consecutuve year of 100% success. 58% of all grades were A's and the AB rate was a staggering 88%. There were some very notable individual performances and it was remarkable that three Maidwell boys came top at each of their respective schools:

Eton	Harry Chetwode and Kit Robathan were starred candidates

Harrow	James Cleverly won a Clay Prize for being in the top 5

Oundle	Edward Ashton Johnson, Max Farnsworth and Edward Fenner in the top 10

Radley	Milo Eadie came top and Charlie Clifton-Brown came 8th

Rugby	Archie Hughes came top

Stowe	James Macdonald-Buchanan came top

Uppingham	George Holborow and Edward Spooner were in the top 20

Winchester	James Phillips came 10th in the commoner entrance papers
